One of my recent obsessions within the past year is podcasts. I listen to them any chance I get, whether I’m multitasking at work, going on a walk, on a long drive or getting housework done. With so many podcasts out there, it’s hard to figure out which ones are actually worth listening to, so I’m here to help you out and talk about some of my faves!

With so many podcasts out there, it's hard to figure out which ones are actually worth listening to, so I'm here to help you out and talk about some of my favorite podcasts for 20-something and college women.

Good, Good Talks

Stephanie Lynn is new at this whole podcasting thing, but her podcast Good, Good Talks is full of heart and fun already. Listening to Good, Good Talks is like sitting down with a new friend. The more you listen, the more you’ll want to learn more about Stephanie! A 20-something herself, Stephanie’s focus is conversations, storytelling and (of course!) good talks!

Hey Girl!

Jenn and Bethany are like two older sisters ready to guide you through the ups and downs of life. One of the things that makes this podcast so great is that they are so honest and vulnerable about what is going on in their own lives. I love their authenticity and their ability to laugh and be joyful, even in the hard seasons. Bonus: you’ll LOVE the very last question that they ask all of their guests. You will have to listen to find out what it is!

That Sounds Fun with Annie F. Downs

Annie F. Downs has a personality and zest of life that you will absolutely LOVE. Hailing from Nashville, AnnieΒ has such a wide range of guests from country singers to authors to pastors. Just like the name suggests, That Sounds Fun is just plain fun. Some episodes are more serious, some are more playful, but no matter what you’re guaranteed to laugh and be encouraged in your faith!

Happier with Gretchen Rubin

Gretchen Rubin is an author of several self-help books and her podcast is filled to the brim with practical tips to make your life a little happier. From happiness hacks to ideas to try at home, Gretchen and her sister Liz talk about their journey to living a happier life in order to help you do the same!

Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe

Okay, this one is just plain fun! If you are a fan of the Bachelor franchise, you’re gonna be a fan of Off the Vine. Kaitlyn dishes on behind-the-scenes secrets from her time on the show and provides her off-the-cuff thoughts on this season of the Bachelorette, as well as lets you in on her relationship with her fiancee Shawn Booth. This podcast is a breath of fresh air during my week!

  1. I literally just started listening to podcasts this week, so I will be checking these ones out for sure. I am by no means a guru yet, but I would add Girl Boss Radio. Sophia interviews Girl Bosses im different fields. Its a fun and empowering podcast.

  3. PinkShots Podcast… these two are straight up and hilarious about their topics for women . I like their unfiltered approach to the podcasts…. And their banter cracks me up!

  4. Yay! I’m always on the hunt for new podcasts. I’m a big fan of Gretchen Rubin, having read two of her books. Thanks for sharing, and now I’m going to pass it along to our residents!
